Sparring Class at Level Up is more than just kicking and punching. This class steps up the cardio level, introduces new techniques and will get you sweating.
This class is great for the cardio alone – but it also translates those lessons directly into partner sparring. The sparring portion of class is a controlled contact and works on both continuous and point sparring segments.
Note: Attendance for this class is open for all students that have been approved for sparring. Talk to your Level Up instructor about joining!
